Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the “Register to Vote & Win a VIP Trip” prize draw run alongside voting for the 25th Anniversary DJ Awards. By registering, you accept these terms in full.

01 The promoter
The promoter is DJ Awards UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), a company registered in England & Wales. Any questions about this draw should be sent to vote@djawards.com. The draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X or any other social media platform.
02 How to enter
To enter, register a valid email address to vote in the 25th Anniversary DJ Awards via the official registration page before voting opens on 28 July 2026. Each valid registration is automatically entered into the prize draw. No purchase is necessary and registering to vote is free. One entry per person; duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
03 Eligibility
The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Europe who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, official partners and sponsors, and their immediate families or households, are not eligible. The Promoter may require proof of age, identity and residence before releasing any prize.
04 Closing date
The entry period closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 27 July 2026, immediately before voting opens on 28 July 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for any reason.
05 The prize
One (1) winner will receive the ultimate Ibiza VIP holiday for two, comprising:
- Return flights for two from any major European airport.
- Three nights’ accommodation for two at the Wi‑Ki‑Woo Hotel, Ibiza.
- Two guest-list tickets to the 25th Anniversary DJ Awards ceremony.
- A VIP table with bottle service for two at the official after party.
- Private chauffeur transfers for all official events, including airport transfers.
The prize is subject to the DJ Awards event taking place. Travel and accommodation dates will align with the official event date, which is to be announced. The total prize value will be confirmed on the announcement of the event date and venue.
06 Prize conditions
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative, except that the Promoter may substitute any element of the prize with one of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. The winner and their guest must both be aged 18 or over and hold valid passports and any required travel documents.
The winner is responsible for valid travel documents, travel insurance, personal spending, meals not expressly stated, transfers to and from their local departure airport, and any other costs not expressly included above. The guest must be nominated by the winner at the time of claiming the prize.
07 Winner selection & notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date, under the supervision of an independent person. The winner will be notified by email using the address supplied at registration. If a winner does not respond to confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and draw an alternative winner.
08 Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their first name and county for the purpose of announcing the result, and may reasonably request the winner’s participation in promotional activity around the DJ Awards. The name of the winner is available on request by writing to the Promoter at the email above for one month after the closing date.
09 Data & privacy
Personal data supplied when entering is used to administer the draw and, where you have opted in, to send you updates about voting, the event date and venue, and related news. Data is processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and applicable data-protection law. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
10 Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from entering the draw or accepting or using the prize, other than for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11 General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or amend the draw, where it is necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Any such changes will be posted on this page. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
12 Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
